Yes, there is a furnished 1-bedroom guest suite that is available for residents to reserve on a first come, first serve basis for a fee.
Does Catalyst have a guest suite?
We do not have furnished apartments however we are happy to provide recommendations for 3rd party companies to assist in furnishing any apartment.
Are there furnished apartments available at Catalyst?
Yes, Catalyst has a Concierge on duty in the lobby 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist with resident and guest needs or requests.
Is there a 24-hour Concierge on duty?
Yes, Google Fiber is complimentary for all apartments.

How many floors does Catalyst have?
Our pricing may fluctuate based upon lease dates, market demands, location of available apartments, current offer, etc. Please contact our leasing office to discuss making us your new home in Charlotte.
How much are the apartments?
Parking is available in our adjacent parking deck which is 8 stories of covered parking.
What kind of parking is available?
Yes, we have 3 guest elevators, one of which is a freight elevator which can be reserved for move-in and move-out. The parking garage also has 2 elevators.
Are there elevators at Catalyst?
Catalyst offers spacious Studio, 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom with a den, and 2-bedroom options.
What floorplans are available at Catalyst?
Catalyst does allow some modifications to your home. You are welcome to paint, but you are required to prime any painted walls back prior to move-out to avoid extra move out fees. You cannot change the flooring, appliances, fixtures, cabinets or counter tops.
Can a resident make changes/modifications to their apartment home?
Yes, Catalyst has a member of our maintenance team on call 24-hours per day for emergencies.
Do you have 24-hour maintenance?
Yes, Catalyst offers different size storage lockers for a monthly fee, based upon availability. Please contact our Leasing Office for further details and availability.
