This spacious, multilevel garage is conveniently located at the Catalyst Charlotte located in the Third Ward of Uptown Charlotte.  We offer daily and monthly parking.  The Catalyst Garage is just a short walk from Bank of America Stadium, Truist Field and the Charlotte Convention Center.  

We are accessible via an alley on the North side of W 1st St, between S Church St and S Mint St.

The official address of this location is 415 S Mint St. (The address of the garage entrance is 390 W 1st St.)

This facility does NOT allow in/out privileges. You CANNOT enter & exit more than once.

Please note, if you are parking for events, games etc., the entrance at S Mint St. will not be accessible during this time! Reservations during these times will use the entrance indicated in the photos provided Green Arrow and Green Circle). 

These entrances are accessible from W 1st St., S. Church St., and Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd!

For ease of departure on event days, we highly recommend backing in your vehicle.

NO TAILGATING ALLOWED; PARKING ONLY AT THIS GARAGE - ALL TAILGATING WILL BE MONITORED AND CEASED!

Monthly Parking Available - $175/month

Monthly parking is available at $175 per month. Sign up directly at the Catalyst Apartment Leasing Office located just cattycorner to the garage for the monthly parking option. 

Parking Instructions

1.  Press the button to be issued a ticket.  The entrance gate will open.  You must have this ticket to exit.

2.  You may park in any appropriate spot that does NOT have a green sign that says "Catalyst Reserved".

3.  To depart, insert the ticket you received upon arrival in the terminal.

4.  The gate will open and you're free to go! Thank you for parking with us.
