Yes, we have furnished 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom guest suites that are available for residents to reserve on a first come, first serve basis for a fee.
We do not offer furnished apartments however we are happy to provide recommendations for 3rd party companies to assist in furnishing an apartment.
Yes, Catalyst has a Concierge on duty in the lobby 24-hours per day, 7 days a week to assist with resident and guest needs or requests.
Yes, Google Fiber Internet/WiFi is complimentary in all apartments.

Parking is available in our adjacent parking deck which is 8 stories of covered parking.
There are 3 guest elevators, one of which is a freight elevator which can be reserved for move-in and move-out. The parking garage also has 2 elevators.
Catalyst offers spacious Studio, 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom with a den, and 2-bedroom apartment options.
Catalyst does allow some modifications to your apartment home. You are welcome to paint, but you are required to prime any painted walls back prior to move-out to avoid extra move out fees. You cannot change the flooring, appliances, fixtures, cabinets or counter tops.
Yes, Catalyst has a member of our maintenance team on call 24-hours per day for emergencies.
Yes, Catalyst offers different size storage lockers for a monthly fee, based upon availability. Please contact our Leasing Office for further details and availability.
Our newly renovated apartments include renovated kitchens with quartz countertop, quartz backsplash, new cabinets and deep drawers, under counter lighting in kitchen, new sinks with chef's faucet, renovated bathrooms with quartz countertops and new cabinets and deep drawers, new bathtub surrounds and towel bars, curved curtain rods, framed mirrors, upgraded lighting in bathroom and kitchen and custom closets in all bedrooms.
