We’re starting our fourth year at Catalyst and still love it here. The property manager and office staff are great—they’ve made some awesome updates, like making the lobby feel so much nicer, and they really care about the people who live here. The weekly events are a fun bonus—we’ve done things like candle making, wine nights, and cocktail hours. This year they had a Christmas party with amazing food—filet mignon, chicken, wine, beer, desserts, and non-alcoholic options. It was all free and such a nice way to celebrate with neighbors. Maintenance is super easy to request through the app, and they’re really fast—usually same day or next. One of the best things about living here is how safe it feels. The building is super secure with 24/7 concierge staff, fob access for doors and elevators, and a locked package room. We’ve never felt safer. If you’re looking for a place with a great vibe, fun community, and an awesome staff, Catalyst is a great choice!

I have been living here for few months now and I have experienced great service from the building staff (Office-Feliks, Jessica, Grant, Stacie; Front Desk-Kai, Sarah, Rudi, Miss Tasha, Miss Henrietta, Sam, Regi, Thomas ; Maintenance and Housekeeping team) Amazing people. The residents here are awesome too. Plenty of social events and very well organized. The building is kept so clean and nice. Work orders- resolved right away. The office staff is always there to cater to you and accommodate your requests. Close proximity to the sports, entertainment and shopping venues. Close to the financial hub, just few minutes walking. If you take an upper floor- the views are absolutely stunning. Sunsets here in Charlotte are one of the best I`ve ever seen. Floor to ceiling windows gives you plenty of natural light during the day. Thank you Catalyst for making this place home for me!

I’ve lived in Charlotte, NC for 14 years and 8 of those years were in Apartment living. I have never one time renewed my lease at an apartment until living at the Catalyst. From management all the way to cost of living this is your ideal Uptown apartment complex. For context, there are 3 apartments complex in the general vicinity of ours and each offer apartments a fraction of the size for hundreds of dollars a month extra — without logical reasoning. Feliks, Jessica and team have done a phenomenal job of keeping us informed and accommodating to our needs. While crime continues to rise in Charlotte you can management does what they can to keep our community safe, informed and top of mind. All things considered I anticipate being here a while. Maintained is superb and I haven’t had one problem with neighbors ever. I cannot say these things in other places I’ve lived. Looking for to the next year with Catalyst!

The Catalyst is a fantastic place to live! We have been there for 6 months now and have experienced such a great community within the building. Every Wednesday there are social events that the staff puts on, which all include free food and beverages! I never went to these events at my old apartments but at The Catalyst, I never want to miss them. We are walking distance from so many different restaurants and bars. As well as markets and grocery stores. Located in the perfect area, the stadium and ball field are within walking distance from us. The Catalyst is the perfect mix of city living with a small community feel!

I recently moved into Catalyst Charlotte Apartments, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! From the moment I stepped onto the property, I was impressed by the well-maintained grounds and beautiful landscaping. The atmosphere here is serene and inviting, making it a perfect place to call home. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and filled with natural light. I love the open floor plan and the high-quality finishes throughout. The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, and I appreciate the thoughtful layout that makes cooking a pleasure. The bedrooms are generous in size, providing ample closet space and comfort. What truly sets Catalyst apart is the exceptional management team. They are incredibly responsive and genuinely care about the residents. From the seamless move-in process to any maintenance requests I've had, they’ve been attentive and prompt. It’s refreshing to see such dedication to community and resident satisfaction. The amenities are fantastic! The pool area is a wonderful spot to relax, and the fitness center is well-equipped for all my workout needs. The Kitchen area has incredible Propane grills and up to date appliances. There is also an area with a pool table, ping pong table, Fusbol table, and large flat screen tv's for entertainment. The office space has very nice equipment that includes two nice desktops along with a nice printer and copy machine that makes it easy to get any work done. I also love the community events they host; they really foster a sense of belonging among residents. Location-wise, it’s perfect—close to shopping, dining, and parks, and stadiums yet tucked away enough to provide peace and quiet. I enjoy taking walks in the nearby parks and appreciate the easy access to public transportation. This apartment complex offers free WiFi to guests, which I did not find at any other apartments in the area. Overall, Catalyst Charlotte Apartments has exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a welcoming community with top-notch amenities and attentive management, I highly recommend checking it out!

This is an amazing property to live in and it's the reason I have been living in the Catalyst for over 7 years. Amazing concierge staff and property management. Feliks has made numerous upgrades in the building, including in the gym which is my second home. The whole office staff Grant, Jessica and Stacy makes sure whatever you needs they get met and done in a quickly manner. My view from my balcony never gets old and the culture around the building is pretty enjoyable. I just renewed my new yearly lease, so they have to deal with me for at least another 12 months.

Living at the Catalyst Apartment Building these past nine months has been an incredible experience. Located in the heart of uptown Charlotte, right across from Bearden Park, it’s perfect for those with pets—something most residents here have. The location is unbeatable, with beautiful views and easy access to all that uptown has to offer. But what truly makes Catalyst stand out is the amazing staff. From the office team to the concierges and maintenance workers, everyone is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They go above and beyond to ensure that residents have a positive experience. The community here is welcoming and vibrant, thanks in large part to the regular events hosted by the building. These events foster a sense of community, making it easy to connect with fellow residents. Special shoutout to Jessica, our Assistant Community Manager, who does an incredible job of organizing fun activities and making sure everyone feels welcome. She’s truly the “hostess with the mostest”! (see photos from tonight's spooktacular event) If you're looking for a place with a great location, friendly neighbors, and an outstanding team, Catalyst is the place to be!

We have lived at the Catalyst for almost 2 years & have loved so many things about this complex. Apartment Events: there are usually 3-4 a month and they do a good job at scheduling a variety of events. They are so fun! They go ALL out for the events & have always been a good time. We enjoyed the baseball day & the many brunches they’ve hosted. Location: it’s walking distance to SO many restaurants, bars, and sports venues (Bank of America Stadium, Charlotte Knights baseball field, Charlotte Hornets stadium). These venues also host so many cool events like holiday events & concerts. You also get a prime view of the best fireworks if you’re city side. Not to mention: you’re above a Mellow Mushroom AND you get a Catalyst discount! Staff: The staff here is top tier. We have enjoyed getting to know Kai, Miss Tasha, Jessica & Grant. They’ve always been so friendly & great to us! The maintenance team is also so quick to help with anything we need! Packages: we get packages often & we liked knowing if something was delivered, it was kept in a secure room only the concierge has access to. We never had an issue with missing or damaged packages. Apartment: Our apt was city side so we enjoyed the beautiful views of the city. You can’t hear your neighbors much at all with the high, concrete ceilings. The very minimal issues we had were addressed quickly (water filter, changes in vent filters, etc). The floor to ceiling windows that can bring in so much natural lighting are our favorite parts of the apartment. Amenities: The pool and gym are the two amenities we used the most. They upgraded the pool chairs recently and they’re so comfortable. The gym has up to date equipment and is clean! Overall: I’d recommend this apartment to anyone we knew & it’s going to be difficult for us to say goodbye to all Catalyst has to offer.

I have been living at the Catalyst apartment building in Uptown Charlotte for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to move here. The location is unbeatable, offering easy access to the best that Charlotte has to offer, from great restaurants and shops to parks and entertainment venues. The community events, activities and amenities are top-notch, with a state-of-the-art fitness center, rooftop pool with beautiful views of the city, and a modern lounge area that's perfect for working or relaxing. The building is always clean, well-maintained, and the management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents are happy and feel appreciated. The apartments themselves are affordable, beautifully designed with high-end finishes, spacious layouts, and plenty of natural light. I love my apartment's floor plan and the amazing views from my balcony. It's truly a great place to call home. Catalyst Charlotte has genuinely elevated the living experience with their events and renovations. Attention to detail is apparent, with every resident's suggestion and concern taken into account leading to notable enhancements throughout the building. Common areas and hallways have been given a contemporary facelift, presenting a warm and welcoming environment for both residents and their guests. These aesthetic improvements go hand in hand with functional upgrades that ease the flow of foot traffic and foster a sense of community. With these thoughtful renovations, Catalyst Charlotte has surpassed expectations, crafting a benchmark for luxury apartment living. The entire staff at Catalyst Charlotte goes above and beyond in providing a safe and comfortable place to live with luxurious amenities and great value for the area. Everyone in the leasing office is not only professional and friendly, they make you feel at home and don't just forget about you after you sign a lease. The front desk representatives are some of the nicest people around. They make sure we get our packages on time and remember our names. They always ask us how we are doing and make our busy days better. The maintenance staff knows their stuff. Whenever I've had a work order, the maintenance technicians were able to successfully diagnose the problem and address it immediately. I can't thank these guys enough, because I'm meticulous about the work being done right the first time. These guys live up to my expectations and then some. The parking situation is generally really good. Even on busy game days, you can find a spot because the property manager has a reasonable protocol in place to make sure there are spots available for everyone. They also make sure everyone follows the garage and parking rules. Unlike some apartment building garages, the spots aren't very cramped and tight for large SUVs. You can comfortably park a pickup here without issues. As far as amenities, I don't really use the pool, but the gym is awesome for an apartment building gym. The building regularly hosts social events, and they are always nicely done with good food, good drinks, and good vibes. Lastly, Catalyst is close to everything. You can grab pizza at a place that's located in the building, though you do have to walk outside. Coffee is a two-minute walk with multiple options. Sporting events such as football and baseball are less than a 2-minute walk from the building as well. Highly recommend Catalyst many times over and thank you again to all of the employees here for exceeding my expectations.
